ABOUT THE CENTER
The CCIAS Arbitration Centre of São Tomé and Príncipe (CA-CCIAs), established by Decree-Law No. 26/2020, of 14 November, is the first institution in the country dedicated to alternative dispute resolution. Created based on the highest international standards, the CA-CCIAS offers a specialized environment for carrying out arbitration and mediation, ensuring impartiality, efficiency and legal certainty.
Designed to support companies, investors and citizens, CA-CCIAS provides an agile and effective way to resolve conflicts, avoiding the slowness of traditional justice and promoting a faster, more accessible and reliable system.
